A rather wonderful set of 10 celadon enamelled plates . Chinese circa 1860-70
Measuring 7.5 inches diameter they are richly enamelled in colours , birds, fruit , flowers and insects .
These I have to say are some of the nicest painted plates that I have had .
9 are perfect , 1 has a very tight hairline of 1.5 inches that is only noticeable from the back
