Artisan Antiques has dated this piece to the Victorian era.
Garrard (founded in 1735), still producing fine silverware and jewellery today, throughout history has been serving and producing exceptional pieces of silver and jewellery for the British Royal Family.

Unsurprisingly, this coffee pot features a wonderful elegant form with intricate engraved decorations. The wider and curved base allows for the coffee pot to sit sturdily, giving a reassuring feel upon usage whilst also allowing for a wider surface to be embellished.

The embellishments are of 'Abercorn pattern' and feature intricate geometric motifs that accentuate the individual 'segments' around the entire circumference of the pot.
In addition to the body of the pot, the spout is beautifully cast and applied with floral and foliate side panels and a wonderfully stippled acanthus leaf joining the two sections (seen from above).

Owing to its quality and a good gauge of silver, this pot remains in great condition with no leaks or issues and a clean interior allowing for it to still be used today.
Whilst this piece would make for a wonderful piece of antique interior decor on a dining table, it may be equally delightful to use it practically as intended for your morning brew in the most opulent and stylish manner.

A set of English hallmarks are present on the base of the pot with clear marks.
