A very rare George III silver saffron tea pot, made in London in 1782 byJohn Denzilow. Of navette style with a fruit wood handle and finial. There are a full set of hallmarks underneath the pot.It is in very good condition with no damage. Saffron was so expensive it was infused in small tea pots such as this. A very useable and collectible piece of Georgian silver.
