The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1900s.
The watch has a seven jewel gilt stem-winding movement, Traveler grade, which is working nicely. The movement is fully signed and it has the serial number 14,405,584 which dates it back to 1905. The movement is protected by an inner cover.
The watch measures 50mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop.
The case is in good condition for such an early piece, a couple of small indentations to the front and some minor surface marks, nothing too serious at all.
The winding crown pushes in to open the front cover.
Inside, there is an acrylic lens which is in good condition, as is the dial.
The watch comes in a new presentation box.
