The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1910s.
The watch has a Swiss stem-winding movement which is working nicely.
The watch measures 50mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop.

The front and sides of the case are in good condition. The case back, which has engine turned detail and a small vacant cartouche, has a little unevenness but not too detrimental.
The watch glass is in nice condition.

The dial is signed Limit… Limit were importers of watches into the UK, and they were based in Oldham in Lancashire, UK. There are a couple of faint hairline cracks but they are difficult to see with the naked eye.
The watch comes with a single chain, 36cm long including the T-bar and the clasp. The chain has a date letter for 1901.
The watch and chain come in a new presentation box.
