Description

A shining band in richly coloured 15-carat gold with a lovely hand incised inscription inside: "God above increase our love". Worn lovely and smooth over time, it is a very comfortable ring to wear. Suitable for a man or a woman.

Fifteen-carat gold pieces are not overly common (in the UK only really used between 1854 and 1932) and as this fineness was generally used in high quality pieces, it is attractive to collectors.

In very good antique condition, with normal surface wear.

Size: S (UK), approximately 9 and a quarter (US). The band is approx 4mm wide.

Weight: 4.7g.
