Pretty Antique English Sterling Silver Heart Pill Box - Beautiful Engraving

Description

A really superb little pill box, as pretty as they come with the most charming engraved lid featuring a basket of flowers hanging from floral garlands and hung from an enormous ribbon & bow.

The lid is hinged and fits perfectly well. What makes this one rather unusual is that the is an integral ring to hang the box on a chain, making a beautiful and useful pendant.

The box is hallmarked for Birmingham 1912 together with the makers mark C&N for the silversmith Crisford & Norris.

Excellent condition, measuring 1 1/2" x 1 1/2".
