Masons Antiques has dated this piece to the 1930s.
The case is veneered in a multiple of woods but principally in walnut. It has a lovely polished and aged related patina. The Roman numerals are inlaid in sycamore with a quarter cut oak centre and silvered hands.
A quite unusual and pleasing clock.
