Description

A stunning and most unusual table cabinet, perfect as a large jewellery box for either a lady or gentleman, and always a highly sought after as a collector's cabinet.

The front has a beautifully elegant marquetry inlay and the top with a central Tunbridge Ware panel. Most unusually the front is mirrored and lined on the underside with a red silk fabric.

The drawers on the inside are superb with flush cast brass handles and each cross-banded in beautiful Tulipwood.

A beautiful and rare example and very usable; complete with working key, the cabinet remains in excellent condition. 11" wide x 8 1/2" deep x 12 1/2" tall.
