This is a rare item. An antique sterling silver pin cushion, dating from the end of the Edwardian era and fashioned as a lion.
He is clearly hallmarked for Birmingham 1908 with the maker''s mark of Adie & Lovekin Ltd.
Realistically cast in a standing pose with finely detailed mane and body. The cushion looks to be original and is a purple velvet.
