A George V era 9ct gold ring set with 3 opals interspersed with four old cut rubies c1920. The ring has a clear hallmark for Chester and a slightly rubbed marked for the carat but has been tested. There is quite a lot of fire in the opals, especially those at the sides. It is a pretty ring and sits well on the finger. UK size M.
