A charming and romantic small trinket dish in the shape of a heart with an embossed repousse or embossed fluted design surrounding a central heart cartouche.

Made by one of the most sought-after English silversmith's, William Comyns. There is a clear hallmark for London 1892, making this a true Victorian example; the makers initials WC are also present.

Excellent condition, measuring 4" tall x 3 3/4" wide and weighing 1.27 Troy Ounces or 39.6 Grams.
