CONDITION REPORT:
In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related scratches on the front and the feet of the bookcase (pictured). There is evidence of historic woodworm to the back and underneath, however, this is now long gone and has been fully treated as a precaution. There is fading to the front, sides and interior (pictured). The antique oak glazed bookcase is structurally sound and solid, complete with working lock and key. Overall, a clean example.
