Of bombe form and decorated throughout with exquisite floral marquetry detailing and panels of parquetry inlay. Further embellished with crisply cast gilt metal mounts. The fall front opens to reveal a fitted interior with a sumptuous leather writing surface and a series of stationary drawers. Beneath the fall front there is a single opening drawer. Both the fall and the drawer are lockable with the key supplied. All standing on elegant out-swept cabriole legs. Finished to the rear so that this bureau could be free standing within a room if desired. Refinished in our workshops to the highest of standards and now offered for sale in excellent condition with a rich colour and patina. A very fine example in superb condition, ready to go straight into the home.
