Description

Handsome mid 19th.c. three door chiffonier sideboard c.1860. Three drawers over an inverted breakfront base. The shallower centre cupboard fitted with a singles shelf (internal depth 14") flanked with deeper cupboards to each side with original sliding shelves and bottle drawer. Simple uncluttered design with no applied decoration save for the beautifully figured bubinga wood veneers used across the top and front of the piece. Hardwood groundwork to the doors and sides, ash drawer linings. Some wear and repairs to the veneers, otherwise excellent colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops. Keys supplied.
