Charles Lutwidge Dodgson (1832 - 1898) was an English author and poet. Under his pen name of Lewis Carroll, this famous and beloved work was first published in 1865. This edition features wonderful illustrations by the American Blanche McManus (1869 - 1935) and published by Ward, Lock & Co Limited in London. McManus' illustrations are dated 1899.
