Wonderful pair of Victorian letter scales by Samuel Mordan, the scales are signed on the front S Mordan & Co. The base is made from solid Mahogany and houses the set of five solid cast weights. The letter pan is charmingly engraved with the postage rates for “Inland”, “British Empire”, “Egypt & USA” and “Other Countries”
