Two Similar Oak Lorraine Chairs Circa 1760

Description

Two similar mid 18th. century oak Lorraine chairs (sometimes called Nun's chairs) with open backs, wood seats and raised on turned front legs with turned stretchers, Both are in fine original condition with no repairs and are firm. Lovely deepish rich colour with great waxed patina. CAN BE SOLD SEPARATELY, PLEASE INQUIRE.

Size; 34" & 32" high, 15.5" wide, 14" deep. Seat heights 15" &14"
