A French brass cased carriage clock. Fine gilded bronze fretwork to the top and bottom panels. A gilt dial masking to the silvered chapter ring with a filigree decorative centre. Blued steel hands. A well proportioned case standing on bun feet. Fluted side columns. An 8-day duration timepiece mechanism. A lever escapement visible through the top glass. Circa 1900.
