George IV Silver Caddy Spoon 1824

A Superb Quality GEORGIAN SILVER TEA CADDY SPOON crafted by Joseph Taylor in 1824.

Despite being over 200 years old this superb Silver Caddy Spoon is in excellent condition and is as lovely now as the day it was crafted.

This unusual caddy spoon has a an attractive engraved bowl and a wide fluted edge with a curved and shaped handle

This wonderful piece would have once belonged to a wealthy Georgian Family and used daily in a time when tea drinking was an Art and very expensive.

This will add something very special to any collection.
