Antique Pine Trunk

A neatly proportioned antique pine trunk or chest. The antique pine trunk has a hinged lid that opens to reveal a spacious interior. There are exposed dovetail joints to the corners, and metal carry handles to either side for easy lifting and transport. The antique trunk has a plinth base and is raised on block feet. Finished with a fresh coat of natural wax. A rather good example, full of rustic charm.

CONDITION REPORT:

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks, scratches, dents and a split to the top (pictured), further marks and scratches to the sides, front and back. There is evidence of historic woodworm to the base (pictured), however this is now long gone and has been fully treated as a precaution. The antique pine trunk remains structurally solid and sound. Finished with a fresh coat of natural wax.

In case of return, items must be received back in the same condition as delivered and a collection fee of £85 will apply, this would be deducted from any refund amount.
