A Stunning Victorian Silver Topped Amethyst Glass Scent Bottle

A stunning Victorian silver mounted scent bottle. The unusual and eye catching example, has an amethyst glass body, cut with wide panel flutes. The bottle has a hallmarked hinged silver lid. Inside there is the original glass peg stopper and the lid has a corresponding part hallmark. A lovely and desirable collector's item, with a practical use. Dimensions below.

Condition :- Excellent, with no chips or cracks to the glass. The silver has no splits or holes.

Hallmarks :- Clear and readable. Part mark to inside of lid.
