It has a wonderfully shaped broad arm with gun barrel turned supports and pierced back splats.
The horse hair stuffed seat pad has been recently re-webbed and recovered in a good quality cream calico, ready for your choice of top fabric.
The chair is in good condition for its age and is strong and sturdy. There are some other minor signs of age and use, some small knocks and marks here and there but nothing detrimental. It has been cleaned and gently polished and is ready for use.
The chair is a good size and comfortable to sit in. It is approximately 31 1/2" (80cm) high and is 29" (74cm) wide across the arms. It is 26" (66cm) deep and the seat is approximately 16 1/2" (42cm) high to the top of the cushion pad.
