This is an antique silver plated wine or port bottle holder. Simple in design. It is hinged at the top and bottom. The handles are split into two and swing open to place a bottle inside. Dimple at the base and shaped collar to the top. This is sold in original plate with minimal wear. Wine bottle is not included. c.1910 British made with a mark of Mappin & Webb’s Patent Club Bottle Holder stamped underneath.
