Antique Silver Plated Tall Claret Jug With Relief Work C1880

A handsome antique silver plated tall claret jug. Standing on an elaborately decorated stepped round base. The bulbous body is applied with relief work showing dancing ladies and men. The handle has a figure, the finial of a full sized cherub raising a glass. c.1880 British made with a makers mark for JG and Sons stamped underneath together with a kite registration mark. This has been resilvered.
