Description

Gents 1951 Bulova wrist watch.

The watch has a 21-jewel calibre 10BM hand-winding movement which is working nicely. This movement was in production from 1949 until 1955, and the date code on this particular watch (both movement and case) dates it back to 1951.

The watch measures 33.5mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs. The case is 10ct gold filled and the front and sides are in good condition. The signed case back has some marking and a couple of patches of wear towards the edge.

The lens has light marking but is very acceptable.

The signed dial is in beautiful condition, it may have been professionally re-finished at some stage. Original dauphine hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and an inner minute track.

A new leather strap has been fitted.

The watch comes in a new presentation box.
