Description

A fine quality Elizabeth II silver cigarette box with clear hallmarks on the base and lid for Birmingham 1962 and makers mark Ollivant & Botsford. The base is also marked with the makers full name. The box has an engine turned silver lid and plain smooth silver sides. The lid and the four outswept feet are embellished with an intricate Celtic design. The box has chamfered corners. The hinged lid works perfectly. The box is lined with cedar. The base is lined in a lizard skin effect. Designed as a cigarette box, it adapts to many purposes such as jewellery. It is beautiful, substantial and classy.
