Description

A quality late Victorian silver box with clear hallmarks for Birmingham 1899 on the box and lid and makers mark for Deakin & Francis. This charming silver oblong box is made of plain smooth silver, with a gadrooned edge on the hinged lid. It has a gilt lined interior making it suitable as a ring or trinket box, or even for edible items. A very elegant box in excellent condition.
