Description

Stylish Art Deco pale oak desk or bureau plat c.1930. 58" x 33" top with a black leather writing surface and moulded edges. Over three drawers with original brass tassel shaped handles and matching escutcheon to the lockable centre drawer. Projecting corners with attractive carved floral detail front and rear over tapering and reeded legs. Shallow arch apron to the kneehole (height 24"). Raised oak panels at the sides and rear. Excellent colour and condition, fitted with a new leather skiver, cleaned and waxed in our workshops. Key supplied.
