Description

Gents 1950s 9ct gold Smiths De Luxe wristwatch.

The watch has a hand-winding movement, with 15 jewels, which is working nicely.

The watch itself measures 31mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs. The case is 9 carat gold and there are hallmarks inside the case back for Birmingham 1955 together with the stamp for the case maker Dennison Watch Case Company. The back of the watch has a long service inscription from 1955.

The lens is in good condition (some reflection showing in the photos).

The signed dial has a little marking around the centre and to the perimeter but nothing too detrimental.

A later leather strap has been fitted.

The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
