Antique Pair Large French Cobalt Blue Sevres Style Vases Lamps 19th C

1900 - 1920
Description

This is an exquisite large pair of French cobalt blue porcelain and ormolu mounted twin handled vases, in the Sevres manner, that have been skillfully converted to electricity, circa 1900 in date.

The vases are superbly decorated with hand painted scenes of courting lovers into a naturalistic landscape with foliage, trees and flowers. The panels are richly highlighted with gilt on a stunning "cobalt blue" ground and are signed Broshut.

Condition:

In excellent condition having been beautifully cleaned and rewired in our workshops, please see photos for confirmation.
