A Gorgeous Nancy Crystal Cut Glass Liqueur Decanter

1900 - 1920
Description

A lovely and petite glass liqueur decanter from the great name of Nancy Crystal. This charming example is of tapering form and is in the sought after amethyst colourway. The body is cut with Art Deco geometric patterns and is slice cut to the neck. The stopper is the original and is steeple shaped with slice cut sides. The base has the etched Maker's mark.

Cristalleries De Nancy was established in 1921. After winning the gold medal at the 1925 Art Deco Exhibition in Paris, it became the primary challenger to Daum Nancy during the art deco period. The company closed in 1934. An excellent, usable piece and a great gift idea. Dimensions below.
