Regency Mahogany Small Bowfront Sideboard

19th century
Description

A Regency mahoany bowfront sideboard of small proportions, circa 1820, the D shaped top with a frieze drawer over a central recessed cupoard flanked by two pairs of deep drawers and flat reeded pilasters, with original brass handles and raised on four ring turned tapering front supports terminating in brass castors.

Would also be suitable for use as a dressing table or writing desk.

In good condition throughought from a Wiltshire manor house where it was used as a dressing table.
