Description

An attractive, good quality vintage solid oak arts and crafts oak bench or coffee table dating from circa 1920s / 1930s. In an Arts and Crafts design with pegged joints it features a well-figured oak top. It stands on shaped legs with cut out sides, united by a cross-stretcher with pegged joins. A versatile piece that would make a wonderful bench stool or window seat or could even be used as a side/coffee table. With label underneath which reads: “G.H.NASH & CO LOVELL ROAD CHALFONT ST PETER BUCKS CABINET MAKERS AND UPHOLSTERERS”.

Good condition with good colour and patina, fairly solid and sturdy. Wear and marks commensurate with age.
