CONDITION REPORT:
In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age and wear. General surface wear in places including age-related marks, scratches, splits, shrinkage and stains to the top (pictured), further marks and fading to the legs and front (pictured). The antique oak side table remains structurally solid and sound, with the drawer running well. There is evidence of historic woodworm in places, however this is now long gone and has been fully treated as a precaution. Overall, a good antique table.
