K0608 Fine quality and very elegant Edwardian mahogany and inlaid open bookcase, having shaped upstand to the back edge inlaid Neoclassical motif, well figured satinwood string inlaid top and finely inlaid frieze above two height adjustable shelves with string inlaid edge, all flanked by harebell inlaid pilasters, standing on slender, tapered, satinwood string inlaid legs united by shaped apron. This antique bookcase retains its original finish which has been cleaned and waxed, original rich colour and good patina, all in home ready condition. c1900
