Description

This sophisticated Flight & Barr (Worcester) barrel-shaped teapot hails from the period of 1792-1800. It is beautifully adorned with a gold and blue floral pattern set against a white background, and comes with a matching stand displaying the same exquisite design.

An incised 'M' mark, located on the underside of the teapot lid and the bottom of the teapot and stand, provides a noteworthy detail. The teapot measures 18.5 cm in height, 25.5 cm in width, and 13.5 cm in depth, and weighs approximately 809 grams.

The accompanying stand features dimensions of 16.5 cm in height and 13.7 cm in width, weighing in at 204 grams.

Both the teapot and stand are in impeccable condition, showing no damage and virtually no wear to the gilding on the teapot. Minor gilding loss is observed on the stand.
