Antique Art Nouveau Inlaid Mahogany Armchair

Description

A fine antique Art Nouveau armchair in mahogany with exquisite inlaid designs. This was made in England, it dates from around 1890’s period.

It has amazing inlaid patterns of various fruit woods and mother of pearl. The solid mahogany frame has an elegant yet sturdy design, sitting on beautifully tapered legs.

We have had this re-polished and also newly upholstered in a cream cotton fabric; the condition is excellent for its age.
