The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1890s.
The watch has a Swiss stem-winding movement which is working nicely. The movement is stamped ‘May 1886’ which was probably a patent or registered design date. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover which has some unevenness.

The watch measures 52mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is silver and there are Swiss marks for 935 silver inside both of the case backs. The bezel is in good condition. The side of the case has some unevenness and the hinged case back has gentle unevenness.
The watch glass is in good condition.
The dial has damage towards the edge, between 7 and 8, mostly covered by the bezel. Pin-set hands.
The watch comes in a new presentation box.
