Antique Early Metalware 17thc Bronze English Mortar With Fleur-de-lis. London C1660-80.

A very good early english bronze mortar, with cast motif of four fleur-de-lis and raised double rim....the mortar is in excellent condition with a fine natural patina and comes from a London ''unidentified'' foundry....it dates to around 1660-70....a really superb example of these very collectable hard to find mortars.
