Attractive Mahogany Cased Grandfather Clock with Fine String Inlay on the Turned Hood Columns, Long Trunk Door and Quarter Trunk Columns.

Height 82in or 208cm.

The Enamel Dial with Arch Decoration of "Britannia" Ruling the Sea with a Lion at Her Feet, Betwixt Two Obelisks with (Probably) Oriental Influences. The Designs In Each of the 4 Corners Around the Dial Show Images of "Christian Purity", "Balanced Justice", "Overseas Trading Success" and "Family Virtues" .

The 8 Day Movement has been Checked, Serviced and Tested to be in Good Antique Working Order - Keeping Good Time and Striking the Number of Hours on the O'clock.
