Antique Queen Anne Burr Walnut Cocktail Cabinet C1920

Antique Burr Walnut Cocktail Cabinet in the style of Queen Anne and dating from around 1920. Constructed from quality burr walnut it has a serpentine shaped top with carved cartouche to the centre above two moulded burr walnut panelled doors with carved mouldings to each side and with ornate brass handle and working key. Internally it has a mirrored back with two glass shelves and a sliding tray . There are two shelves to the back of each door. The base is moulded to the top with gadrooned moulding above two shaped and moulded burr walnut doors with carved mouldings to each side and with original brass handle and working key and ornate carved cartouche to all sides of the base. Internally there is a dividing shelf with small drawer. It is raised on carved cabriole legs on a pad foot .

MEASURES: 67” HIGH X 19” DEEP X 38” WIDE

With a lovely deep colour and patination and oozing all the charm and character of the period. Our furniture is cleaned and polished using traditional waxing methods.
