Description

A Superb quality Victorian Period burr walnut and ormolu mounted antique side cabinet. The shaped serpentine top veneered in beautifully figured burr walnut with Goncalo Alves mouldings and ormolu beading above a central glazed door, opening to reveal a velvet lined shelved interior. Having finely cast ormolu mounts and mouldings flanked by three open serpentine shelves in walnut with kingwood banding. Raised on a serpentine burr walnut plinth with ormolu moulding. English circa 1860-1870

Dimensions: 49" wide x 14" deep x 39" high
