Description

For sale is a good quality George II burr walnut bureau, cross and feather banded throughout, the fall opens to a fully fitted interior of drawers and pigeon holes, including four secret drawers, above a slide topped well and a gilt tooled green leather skiver. Above an arched kneehole flanked each side by three drawers, all with brass swing handles and a cupboard within. The bureau stands on ogee bracket feet and remains in very good condition for its age.
