Aesthetic Movement Chandelier Lamp With Cloisonne Vase & Sunflowers - 19th Centuey

Here is a highly unusual and quite unique four branch chandelier of the Aesthetic Movement, dating to the late nineteenth century.
 
The Chandelier comprises of a Japanese Cloisonne enamel baluster vase of the Meiji period (1863-1912) , which has been incorporated into a gilt bronze mount holding the arms which are decorated with floral panels and sunflowers.
 
The vase itself has flowering sprigs of prunus, in blues and yellows, with gilt bronze sunflowers issuing from the top - the sunflower being a main motif of the Aesthetic movement.
 
Originally made as a candle chandelier, it has now been completely restored by an antique lighting specialist and has been converted to electricity. I was unable to photograph the lights switched on, as the lamp is wired to be fitted into the ceiling, so isn''t powered by a socket.
 
The chandelier measures 53cm across, and is 49cm tall, with a 90cm flex ( which can be shortened to taste) and comes with a 60cm hanging chain - once gilded bronze,...
