Silver Chatelaine Knife and Corkscrew - Very Small

19th century
Description

This is such a great survivor due to its size, length 3.5 cm (1.5 ins).

Two blades and a corkscrew. Both blades open well and are firm. Perfume corkscrew is in great condition, no damage to the worm.

Foliate decoration to both sides and a blank cartouche to one. Both sides are marked as is the ring (lion passant).

Birmingham 1894 makers mark is rubbed JA - possibly Joseph Adelman?
