Antique Furniture Direct has dated this piece to the Georgian era.
It has a shaped apron and stands on splayed bracket feet. A really attractive piece in beautiful flame figured mahogany veneers, with good original colour and patina. A versatile piece of antique furniture that could be used as a bedside cabinet, would work well in a bathroom or perhaps could be used as a drinks cupboard or hall cupboard. This cabinet would have originally started life as a commode / chamber pot cupboard and has been converted into a side cabinet at some point.

Mahogany
