Description:

A very rare mahogany wheel barometer.

The rare 9" diameter silvered brass scale calibrated from 28" to 31" and engraved with usual weather indicators. The glazed cover with concave cast brass bezel, flat glass and brass pointer. The silvered brass thermometer scale calibrated from 20º to 100º Fahrenheit within a brass case. Also with brass bordered mirror and Hygrometer. The mahogany case with thick boxwood edge stringing and crossbanded sides. The broken architectural top with central brass finial. Height: 41"
