Description:

A good George III satinwood crossbanded and inlaid Mahogany Secretaire Bookcase. With moulded cornice above a pair of astragal glazed doors enclosing adjustable shelves. The base with outset simulated bamboo side columns enclosing a panelled fall front fitted secretaire drawer with tooled leather writing surface, gilt brass octagonal handles enclosing flower head centres. With a cupboarded base and cast brass lions paw feet.
