Description:

A fine, engraved Georgian round funnel bowl wine glass dating to circa 1765, the stem of double series opaque twist form, comprising a 15 ply spiral band outside a pair of heavy spiral threads. Standing on a plain conical foot and measuring approximately 6.1/2" tall x 1.7/8" maximum bowl diameter and 3" foot diameter, it is of lovely weight, colour and proportions, and is in excellent condition with no chips or damage, and neither the rim nor the footrim have been ground or reduced.
